Performance Test:

1.Standard test conditions
The test product must be a new product that has not been shipped for more than one month and the battery has not been cycle charge and discharge more than 5 times. Unless otherwise specified, the tests in this specification shall be under the following
conditions:Temperature:23ºC±2ºC;
Relative humidity:45%~85%RH;
Atmospheric pressure:86kPa~106kPa;
 
2.Measurement Apparatus
(1)Dimension Measuring Instrument
The dimension measuring shall be implemented by instruments with equal or more precision scale of 0.01mm;
(2)Voltmeter Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class having inner 7 Lithium Battery Expert 15 Years impedance not less than 10kΩ /V
(3)Ammeter
Standard class specified in the national standard or more sensitive class. Total external resistance including ammeter and wire is less than 0.01Ω\
(4)The resistance test method is the AC impedance method (AC 1kHz LCR)
The resistance is not a constant value and varies with temperature and saturation of the state of charge, and related to length and capacity of the cable. 
(5)All testing equipment and measuring instruments must be inspected by the certification institutes;
(6)Battery test system current accuracy should be within ±0.1%, constant pressure accuracy within ±0.5%, timing accuracy within ±0.1%;
(7)The temperature measuring instrument should not be lower than ±0.5°C;
